Guidelines for Comments and Chat
I want comments to be a place for freewheeling and open discussion, but balanced with civility and decency. The only rules are:
No personal attacks/insults
No slurs or bigoted language
No incitement to, or endorsement of, violence against civilians
Comments in violation will be deleted. Repeated violations will result in removal of the subscriber from this community.
